Bree Soellner always had a dream to be involved in residential real estate. Bree moved to San Diego in 2003 to attend college at the University of San Diego. She graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies. She has a background in sales, marketing and the legal industry. After working at La Jolla based law firm, Tyson & Mendes, LLP, and San Diego based firm, the Law Offices of Guy Levy & Associates, she gained extensive knowledge which has been exceedingly beneficial in her representation of buyers and sellers.
She has won multiple awards since beginning her real estate journey August 2014. She has won several Silver Achievement Awards, multiple Bronze Achievement Awards, and most notably, the Circle of Excellence Silver Achievement Award in 2017, Gold Achievement Award in 2016, and ROOKIE OF THE YEAR for 2015. Since embarking on her real estate career, she has sold over $18,700,000 in sales and has closed over 40 escrow transactions. She excels in working with and being of service to others in San Diego. Her desire to help others is further evidenced in her volunteer work. She has volunteered throughout her life, including many events in San Diego and with her church, including the annual Toys for Joy event, which is held every December.
While Bree’s experience working with people across multiple industries in San Diego and in her volunteer work, it is her love for running and fitness that further highlights her tireless work ethic and consistency in getting the job done. She has ran eight half marathons and many other races over the years and continues to train for more in the future. Everything Bree sets her mind to, she accomplishes, and this dedication and dependability is something she plans to give to all her clients. As her husband Sonny can also attest to, she never gives up on anything she does and will not give up on helping her clients buy and sell their homes in the future.
